Now we open the doors to your Italian trattoria on Skalets torg, Vemdalsskalet where the old Linger Café was located.

Twelve Italians led by Davide Rotondo have opened a real Trattoria.

We want to be your obvious choice when the family or friends get together, here the Italian heritage is passed on. We hope that we succeed in conveying an authentic and positive image of Italy and Italian cuisine.

We cook the Italian way with Italian ingredients. You are always welcome to stop by Da Doris and pick up delicacies to take home, a charcuterie tray with cheese, salami and hams from Italy or buy homemade sausages from Bomarzo and cook yourself. You can also enjoy handmade pasta made in the kitchen at Vemdalsskalet and Italian-style pizza.
